Mortuusequusphobia, from slight to severe, fear of ketchup. Comes from the Australian slang "dead horse" for red sauce, or ketchup. It is very specific to ketchup, does not include other condiments such as mustard or salsa, or other sauces, like pizza or spaghetti sauce.

Restaurants with Ketchup Off the Table
I have three kids, so I do have to deal with ketchup. I mean I do have ketchup in my fridge, only because I really love my kids.
But when I go out to eat, I feel more comfortable when there's no ketchup on the table.
